 Parati is a historic seaside village, a major tourist destination in the Rio de Janeiro region between tropical forest, ocean and islands.

Its 600 m², divided into 6 suite bedrooms , a reception / hall, a dining room and a large restaurant kitchen, a terrace / deck and a swimming pool, all in a beautiful wooded garden of 1500 m².

The restaurant was famous thanks to french cuisine (Travelers Choice 2017, Paraty Number 1)

The finish and decoration are very refined.

Access to the river is directly through the garden and the swimming pool.
