Our story

The agency Intercasas Brasil, founded in 2016 by Bruno Bouleuc, graduated from the CERAM SKEMA business school, in France, formerly focused in vacation rentals.
In 2020, we started offering some exceptional properties for sale, often matching both businesses. We are based and operate mainly in the famous and stunning seaside village, Praia do Forte, in Bahia, Brazil, ideally located at 50 km from the international airport of Salvador da Bahia.

For many years, Praia do Forte continues to reveal its strong potential in real estate investment and sustaintable growth.
The region, already famous for the historic center of Salvador and its carnival, benefits of a unique location in Brazil, halfway between the main tourist spots such as Rio de Janeiro and the Amazon, Ceara states; all just a few hours' flight from Europe and USA.
Praia do Forte is a popular tourist destination, with an amazing tropical weather throughout the year, that has remained quite geniune with its old charm of a fishing village.
Its also offers a quite unique biodiversity in Latin America: Coral reefs (natural swimming pools and snorkeling), humpback whales, sea turtles (Tamar, conservation project), rainforest with preserved fauna. (Toucans, monkeys …)
